DAT TYRES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and condition is a contract between DAT tyres and the customers using this website.

1. This website is owned and operated by DAT Tyre Supplies LTD (the "Company" or "us" or "we"). The following conditions set out the rules on how we run the website and supply the goods that you (the "customer") may purchase from us.
2. Absolute total responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the tyres purchased are suitable for their vehicle and intended use.
3. The offer to purchase these goods will be accepted when the order confirmation has been issued
4. This order confirmation is where we agree to accept an order but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order confirmation corresponds with their expectations. Any issues should be directed immediately to DAT.
5. Dat Tyre Supplies Ltd shall be entitled to payment in full for the price of the Goods on the date of the customer’s order prior to goods being despatched.
6. All purchases will be delivered to the address provided by the customer or fitting station selected by the customer.
7. Responsibility lies with the customer to provide adequate accurate information for the carrier to find the delivery address. The customer agrees to indemnify Dat Tyres Supplies Limited against any costs that may occur as a result of non-delivery resulting from inadequate of inaccurate information from the customer. We reserve the right to seek compensation where resulting costs or losses occur.
8. In such instances where Dat Tyre Supplies Limited are unable to fulfill an order, we will be able to cancel an order. Should this arise any liability will be limited to refunding the customer for all payments received.
9. Confirmation of delivery from the carrier will be deemed conclusive proof of delivery.
10. Any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, and abnormal working conditions, ’force majeure’ Dat Tyres Supplies Limited shall not be held responsible.
11. In the unlikely event of any defects arising in the tyres the customer and supplier agree that the tyres will be submitted for adjudication by the tyre manufacturer to clarify the reason of failure and their decision will be final.
12. The customer shall be entitled to cancel the order within seven working days, return the goods and receive a full refund provided that the goods have not been used, and are in the same condition as when they received them. Should this arise it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any costs involved in the return of these goods and to indemnify DAT against all costs
13. Refunds to the customer will be entirely at the discretion of Dat Tyre Supplies Ltd. In the event that we provide a refund in our sole discretion to the customer, and any costs incurred by us in granting that refund shall be borne by the customer.
14. Customer’s are advised to check directly with the fitting centre. Dat Tyre Supplies Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay in fitting. These dates and times of fitting are for guidance only and cannot be guananteed.

This contract is governed by the prevailing law in England & Wales.
